The Government is encouraging businesses to re-open  where staff cannot work from home.

QEH Systems has developed a range of resources to support your business to make suitable arrangements to manage the risk of infection and to provide re-assurance to returning staff.

These resources have been developed from the Government's recommendations, and reflect the requirement to provide a COVID secure workplace.

Support available includes:

• Risk assessments and appropriate controls
• Practical recommendations for social distancing enforcement
• Guidance documents for specific activities, such as where social distancing cannot be maintained
• Reaction plans in the event of a reported infected staff member
• Posters for display in the workplace

We can also provide an independent audit of your workplace - assessing the controls put in place and the levels of adherence by staff.

QEH Systems fully intend to be in a position to return to normal service at the end of this outbreak, and trust that your business will successfully manage the demands of the next few months.

During the outbreak we can continue to support your business

1. If you have a pre-booked appointment we will honour it unless you ask us not to attend
2. We recognise that this is a fast moving situation, so we will not implement any cancellation charges for appointments which are cancelled at the last minute due to health or operational requirements
3. Rest assured that we will not knowingly pass on the virus and if our consultants  or their family members show symptoms then they will follow government guidance regarding isolation
4. Those who have subscribed to monthly legal updates will continue to receive them as normal
5. Where you would prefer to limit visitors to your site, we will work with you to provide remote support by phone/e-mail
6. We can continue to provide updates to documents and risk assessments
7. We will continue to answer any queries.
8. In certain circumstances we will be able to conduct internal audits remotely. This can be by review of documents, photos and telephone interviews
9. Where you have training requirements such as ISO awareness, H&S awareness or WAH we have a number of courses that can be provided electronically with a test of competence

If you have a forthcoming external assessment to an ISO standard, most of the certification bodies are issuing guidance to their clients

This will either be an offer of a remote assessment or an extension to existing certification where a remote audit cannot be reasonably conducted
